Getting started
From membership to your first reservation
Complete these steps in order so the Club can verify and activate your CourtReserve access.
Create or connect
Create an account at the BPC CourtReserve portal, or add Bend Pickleball Club under “My Organizations.”
Wait for activation
The membership chair reviews your account, adds your skill level and activates access. This normally takes 1–3 days.
Reserve & register
After authorization, reserve courts or register for organized events available to your assigned skill level.
Paid by check? Activation can take up to 21 days while payment clears and is processed. Until authorization, your account may only display Club activities.
Sign up to play
Two ways to use CourtReserve
Court reservations are for personal play with other members. Event registrations are for organized Club activities.
Make a Court Reservation
- Log in and select Reservations at the top of the screen.
- Select Reservations again from the dropdown menu.
- Choose your date, available time and court on the calendar.
- Add at least one other Club member, complete the details and save.
- Watch for your confirmation email.
Reservations may be 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours.
Register for an Event
- Log in and select Events at the top of the screen.
- Review the list of available events.
- Select the day and event you want to join.
- Register for an event available to your assigned skill level.
- Watch for your confirmation email.
A listing will indicate if an event is full or registration is not yet open.
Play from anywhere
Use CourtReserve on your favorite device
Open the Club portal from a computer or download the CourtReserve app for convenient access while you are at the courts.

How many days in advance can I sign up?
Reservations open eight days in advance at 7:00am.
- Monday play opens the prior Sunday.
- Tuesday play opens the prior Monday.
- Wednesday play opens the prior Tuesday.
- Thursday play opens the prior Wednesday.
- Friday play opens the prior Thursday.
- Saturday play opens the prior Friday.
How do I switch between different clubs?
Select My Organizations in the upper-right portion of the CourtReserve menu, then select the club you want to use.
How do I add a partner to a court reservation?
Enter part of the member’s name in the Additional Players box. Select their name when it appears, then choose Yes to add them. At least one other person must be added before you can complete the reservation.
What if I already have CourtReserve through another club?
Log in to your existing account, select My Organizations, choose Join another organization, and search for “Bend Pickleball Club.”
Why can I see activities but not make reservations?
Your account may still be awaiting Club authorization. New accounts are designated as public members until membership payment and account information have been verified.
