A few helpful basics

Wear court shoes

Choose supportive athletic shoes with good side-to-side stability. Running shoes are designed primarily for forward movement.

Bring water

Bend’s dry climate and outdoor play make hydration important, even on cooler days.

Arrive early

Give yourself time to find the correct court, warm up and understand the session’s rotation or format.
