The pickleball tournament at the Oregon Senior Games wrapped up Saturday evening with the Gold Medal match for the Mixed Doubles 50-54 event. The tournament was, by all accounts, a smooth and fun ride. In addition to watching and playing lots of great pickleball, spectators and participants could enjoy great food from Longboard Louies West and “homemade” ice cream from Addy Mac’s. They were also able to see the latest in pickleball gear and clothing from The Racquet Shoppe.

A very special thanks to Christie Gestvang, Tournament Director, for all of her painstaking work and long hours in planning and pulling all of the parts together! Finally, congratulations to the medal winners in the first Oregon Senior Games pickleball tournament!
